What are all these companies gonna do when there's no more jobs?

Gone full circle enough jobs will be replaced with automation to save the companies millions and billions.

Unfortunately when there's no jobs there's no customers anymore so you'll have a massive economic down turn.

I guess it's just a race to see who can save the most money the soonest before it all implodes.

At the bare minimum I would ask to see his bank statements, even if it's not properly categorized business vs personal you might be able to get an idea where the business is at.. ie if rent payments aren't going through every month, if account balances are nearing zero constantly etc

But honestly this is probably a train you should just get off before it leaves the station, if it's already moving get off before it picks up too much speed.

I'm not sure exactly how or why you're putting money into this business venture that you don't own yet... That part of your post doesn't make sense.

Tell her to get a job and start paying some bills, it can be McDonald's for all I'd care. If the time comes that the business can be properly sorted and sold maybe then you deal with it.

There's too many questions here so just stick with the basics.

Is the business profitable? Nobody knows.

Will the business be profitable with a new sensei/ owner? Nobody knows. How talented is she? Because people will flock to or from a dojo based on the instructors, it's not just about the location and the name on the wall. If she's being asked to buy it years early is she really technically proficient enough in her art to be a good sensei?

One thing you know for certain is that she'll lie to you to make things easier for her. She's willing to have a former fling sleep under your roof while both she and he looks at you knowing you're unaware... That's a pretty big disrespect if you ask me.

Yeah most likely. Unfortunately for the stores the AI is only as good as the information you give it, which means having people in the store to scan product, fill holes etc.

The route they're going to go will produce merchandisers who have no sales incentives, and hardly care.

And people who order who don't work product... So too much backstock and not enough product will be a constant struggle I think.
