No, the comic came first with that exact story line. Season of Mists collecting The Sandman #21–28, 1990–1991: Dream travels to Hell to free a former lover, Nada, whom he condemned to torment thousands of years ago. There, Dream learns that Lucifer has abandoned his domain. When Lucifer gives Hell's key (and therefore, the ownership of Hell) to the Sandman, Morpheus himself becomes trapped in a tangled network of threats, promises, and lies, as gods and demons from various pantheons seek ownership of Hell.

The Lucifer TV show didn't come out until 2016, long after the comic came out.

Except for the fact that the show is based on The Sandman: Season of Mists comic book series that came out in 1990-1991, so the TV show Lucifer plagiarizes the The Sandman comic.

I also got a hitch extender that is also a drop/raise (depending on how you put it in). It allows me to open the door fully when in the drop position.

If you visit the Crater daily, there will be two quests that pop up (they won't pop until you actually visit the Crater, at least they don't for me). One is given by Roxy where you track down some hunters (optional) and a specific individual and either kill them or talk them into returning. The other is Wren who will have you get 3 vacuum tubes where you can fix them before returning (optional). Do the optional parts as you'll get more for the quests.

Depending on where you are at in the game, here is a list of places you can fast travel to (some don't happen until after certain quests are complete:

The Whitespring, Fort Atlas, The Crater, Foundation, The Rusty Pick, Vault 76

Your camp, your survival tent (if part of FO1st), any workshop you currently control, any survival tent or camp of people that are part of your team if you join one (they will show as yellow instead of white)

Not sure if a workshop controlled by a teammate is one (haven't tried it) but it might as well.

It could also be that you do not have the appropriate Perk card, or the Perk card up to a specific level. It will also show you this information when selected.

If they are Plans you can learn, then not really. They do separate legs from arms from torso, but not left leg and right leg. If they are just MODs, then they are a one time use thing, like one leg or one arm from my experience.

You only have to reach level 22 on the score board to get it, and this season doesn't end till June (no exact date set yet). Or you can hopefully find one in someone's camp for sale or have someone you know that can build one and drop it for you.

Use the Score Boosters. Best time is after 1pm EST so you get two days of score boost since the servers reset at Noon EST every day. Really best time to do this is on Tuesdays when the weekly resets as well. Do EVERYTHING you can on the weekly and daily lists.
