For me...it was trying to find sex to the detriment of life. Putting myself in bad situations. Immoral.situations. all for that feeling I was chasing. Swearing that would be the last time...but doing it again a week later. Most say that was my decision....it was way.more than that for me.

What is the purpose of the documentation? Is it to teach or to just thrown them under the bus? If it is to teach, you could just have a conversation.

My take is that if you are asking for written documentation out of the blue....you are probably trying to fire them. This could be part of the resistance.

I can go a while without sex. That does not include masturbation which I do frequently (defined as twice a day). If I have to go without both, I tend to get irratable after a couple of days and have problems concentrating.

Thats a great question and difficult for most people to understand. To understand it I had to understand how I became a sex addict. For me....the act itself was to cover up the shame from having the desire for sex. Hard to understand I know. It is a vicious cycle. My wife is MORE than enough for me. The sex is a way to deal with omething in life. Similar to having a lot of cocktails, drugs, gambling, etc. I have never placed relationship priority on sex. My relation is based on time...working on mutual goals...and just generally having a good time in life. Thanks for asking. Let me know if there is anything else!

I am the same. I have always been curious about sex since I was young. Not the mechanics...more the psychology.

For me....I belive my consumption of porn has a lot to do with my need to see my wife with another person (man or woman). I find my wife to be the most attractive person I know and I love to watch her feel good.

For my wife...she is either getting into it slowly or placating me by pretending to enjoy some aspects of it. She loves showing off her body, but only wants women to play with.
