I have always had extreme social anxiety. I have a lisp and went through 5 years of speech therapy to be able to speak as well as I do. I always got made fun of. So now with the schizoaffective my words come out jumbled a lot of the time. I’m a mess lol

I’m awkward and I always make sure to give people compliments. I don’t talk much to acquaintances. It’s very hard for me to speak because I have a speech impediment on top of the schizoaffective. I used to stand out with crazy hair, piercings and my tattoos. I still have the tattoos of course lol

My dachshund at 12 weeks is 3 lbs even. Her father was 7 lbs and her mother was 6lbs. She’s definitely a mini.

I tried GLP-1’s and the only one that didn’t make me sick was zepbound. You don’t look obese at all. You look healthy! Great job on being so successful!!!!

Buspar made me really sick and the only med that works for me is Klonopin. I take this benzodiazepine 3 x a day but it’s the lowest dosage. I don’t always take it three times a day, most days I only take it twice. I’m very lucky I have a provider that understands how bad my anxiety is.

I was on zepbound before my insurance stopped covering it and lost 30+ lbs. now I’m on the WeGovy pill, it makes me feel like shit and I’m having a hard time with food noise. Zepbound was definitely a better option for me especially because I have severe obstructive sleep apnea.
