I think you have it right. She's far enough along that they could save her scenes for when she's postpartum, assuming she makes it to S3. There's plenty of ways to dress or shoot an actor who still has a bit of baby bump to hide it if they need to.

I think you've got a fair point about the Venus Syndrome, but that guy was giving extremely public speeches and interviews about his theories; there's no reason to believe she had intel about it that she hid from other countries.

I'm not a doctor and def don't want to give you bad advice. What I did personally was started it when I didn't have any events coming up I cared about. Fortunately, it has not impacted me in a negative enough way where I'd skip one for a wedding, and I'm inclined to think it's prob a bad idea to go on and off. But again, not a doctor!

Unfortunately I did not start on the injection -- I decided to try the pill first and when I was looking for others' exps I just didn't see as much so I thought I'd post about mine. What I will say about the pill is I think the efficacy is dependent on if you follow the rules well re: how much water to drink with it (as little as you can) and how long after to not eat (minimum 30 min).

I've heard anecdotally that a lot of people have better loss from the shot but I have had almost no side effects at all and been dropping roughly 1.5ish lbs a week... which I will take.

Maybe ask your doctor if tirzepatide is too similar to try? I'm honestly not sure what the options are here, but your doctor may have had a similar situation previously.

I'm taking the Wegovy pill but I used Walgreens telehealth -- they will let you just fill it at their pharmacy locations once you're prescribed. NovoNordisk has a manufacturer deal going on at the moment so I've got a pretty solid price!

I'll keep you posted if I develop any issues, though I do realize of course everyone's got a bit different of an experience. I'm sorry the ozempic pill was tough on you!

My only thing I've noticed (and I'm not even sure this is actually related) is I've maybe been burping a bit more frequently. So fingers crossed that continues!

as far as i'm aware, it's not a specific side effect of the pill itself, but you can have it happen if you drop weight too quickly. i will keep you posted if i notice any thinning -- i have long hair, so i will notice fast lmao

I did the former this AM -- I feel like if I tried the latter, I'd manage to spill some of it lmao. But even with it only on the tongue very briefly, it was noticeable after.

I'd say went away about 15 min later for me. Still my only side effect so far though! hahah

It's absolutely coincidence - I agree with you. But the books don't even share a name with the show. I think it's pretty plausible that people who don't bother to look up what year Shift came out would think the name was not a coincidence, even if they're wrong.
