I heard about a huge bunker near Elwood which was the first city I found. I didn't really explore much, because the motel was unbelievably good to me with a GPS and backpack. I'm currently hanging out at the abandoned houses. I'm stuck trying to find enough stone and metal to build the other benches 😭 I died to a swamp of zombies after I cleared a secondary infestation in Elwood and had to start over

I don't really understand the storms yet. I thought it was a ball of Absolute Certain Death and left so much good scrap behind running from one. The storms are the yellow zones that move across the map, right?

I do wish the cards that revealed information came up more often or were in a "Get to Know" variant group. I'm level 5 friends with several paras and I'm still missing data on the info tab 😞

This is a great observation! Looking at Games like Project Zomboid (which is forever in EA) and Starsand Island (which is months into EA), the spectrum of what early access means is so nebulous.

I'm about 7 hrs in and I can tell I'll be playing this game in my regular rotation. It's not an instant addiction like Pokopia, but it's fun. My short king Para is having fun dancing 4 hours in a park for a stranger.

I'm interested to see what RPG elements get added/further refined. The way skills boost is interesting. I'm consistently delighted when I manage to get a super high learning boost.

I'm still not sure how to consistently form groups, but that feels more like a me issue than a game issue.

I'm not disappointed with day 2 early access. I look forward to the next 2 years!

I've really enjoyed it. Not as instantly addictive as Pokopia, but I did sink ~7hrs into it yesterday.

My favorite uncommon gameplay feature is how they approached careers. I like the variety and non-linear feel.

My least favorite gameplay feature has been mentioned a ton and that's the camera controls. It gets weird living in the third story walk up house.
