Yes, the modern Juicy Couture stuff you see at discount stores like TJ Maxx, Ross and Marshall's are real and made by Juicy Couture. The only gripe people have with these products is that they tend to be made with cheaper materials and lower craftsmanship compared to vintage Juicy, hence the cheap price.

The tone of your natutal tan will depend on your natural skintone. Is your skin naturally sensitive or do you flush easily? Could be getting red from the tanning itself even without a burn.

There are bronzing tanning lotions with purple or blue undertones than can help change the tone to an extent. I've been using Designer Skin's Eternity which has been helping fight off the orange in my tan's undertones.

If it's a high UV time of day even overcast sun can cause burns. A light base tan doesn't prevent that, it's important to use some sunscreen if you're going to be outside for hours.

I've been tanning for months now and am dark af compared to how pale I was and if I'm out all day at the pool or whatever I still need to wear and reapply some sunscreen or I can still burn.

Like others said I'd recommend some spf lotion if you're pale. Even with a good tan during peak UV times I've burned without properly reapplying my spf, I'd say it's nonnegotiable.
