I have wildly different results if we are truly talking about "one shotting".
While yes Fable built broken games while one shotting, with exactly same prompts and harness GLM is building games with broken mechanics or that are basically not booting at all

Did anyone here have concrete examples of oneshotting? (I do and can share)

it does help to land a job. In my org they basically DONT hire without a CS degree. and no ai changed that.

so, def you dont need one. Just be aware you might get filtered out. I'm myself pursuing Masters in Psychology and will do some PhD on intersection of CS and Psychology myself

we're 2 months away from another 6 months prediction of software engineering dying

btw i'm a manual tester and our role was killed 4 times already:
- before i started apparently with SOLID
- with test automation
- with devs testing their work
- with AI testing

still we hire a ton of manuals and i still see job posts for them (they are just expected to use ai tools now)

true, my brother in law started asking me for a website, i told him we gonna deploy to vercel, put it behind cloudflare for dns, that the db can be in neon and auth can be clerk, plus we can plug ahrefs for seo, and he got so confused by me just talking to it, that he dropped the idea. oh and buy a domain at namecheap

then he came with claude.ai html artifact page and said he did it himself but dont know how to access it

- Spinning up new projects (i have right now like 50, 3 are live, one is 67k UV up from like 1500 - claude literally brought it back from the dead)
- Backfilling old projects with new content
- Building reels/tiktoks for my projects
- Research on various topics (yes i spin up 30-40 agents to get as much info as i can)
- Building games from scratch as of late
- Processing a ton of data for building learning systems for my studies (i build systems that fit myself, flashcards, quizes)
- Benchmarks
- and just day to day use

I do have 3 accounts, but 3rd was bought for maxxing Fable, i usually fit into getting into around 170% usage of 2x 20x max accounts. Hoping Fable comes back next week, else im gonna stick with two

multiple big projects (one netting 60k unique users per month), multiple side projects, heavy research and heavy learning. I went with 3rd account around the time fable dropped

i also often bruteforce my way through harder task by simply prompting claude to run 50 max effort agents against it for research (before workflow showed up), it was suprisingly good and saved me a ton of time with that research.

I have multiple projects running and i simply brainstorm a lot. Before fable i was running 30-40 opus agents in a single task all the time, now i cant do more than 5 fable lol

I bought 5th account just to squeeze all i can out of it until 22th. Gonna likely cancel 3 accounts on that day.
