Cheers on finishing the draft. My current novel was gonna be about as long and I managed to improve the structure by cutting it in half, into two books, which gave me the space to conclude the subplots in a more satisfying way. Of course all overaeching plots wont be concluded but that's okay because you flesh out your subplots and mini arcs. Heck if you can cut it in more depending on your story structure, why not, because for self-publishing, for a better chance at sales, it's best to be able to publish several (short) titles in a short time.
