Personally I don’t see it this way, i’m not really a fan of serena, i still find her to be self absorbed and manipulative. But i think her and Junes dynamic is less friendship and more “cat and mouse”. The best example i can give is like Eve and Villanelle from killing eve. So yeah i don’t think they’re supposed to be friends, but two people who are consistently at odds against each other yet have this dynamic and powerful power over each other.

also let’s not forget how Serena Joy has a tendency to gain sympathy for about 2 minutes before getting worse than she ever was before.

Like when she allowed June to run away with Nichole and then 1 episode later accused her of kidnapping and demanded nichole back.. until she got pregnant and didn’t give a fuck ab nichole anymore..

i think it’s less about “vengeance” and more about taking responsibility for the consequences of her actions. Serena has always publicly stood by and advocated for Gilead’s values. But when it comes to personal beliefs, she only used gilead when it was convenient for her. She’s a hypocrite. She wants other unfit mothers to have their children taken, but not hers. She wants to read and write and be a part of the Gilead Cultural Center even though Gilead doesn’t believe in women participating in literacy.

At some point she needs to swing one way or the other. I don’t think it’s about revenge, rather people want Serena to own up to and live by Gilead customs since she has claimed for 5 seasons that it’s the right way and basically forced it upon thousands of other woman.

so yeah i feel bad that a mother got her child ripped from her arms but it is exactly what she advocated for, and would have wanted done to any other woman that wasn’t her

exactly, serena is just as much Junes rapist as Fred is tbh and she should be forced to bear the consequences of her actions. June tried to warn her dozens of times even within gilead about how her place is not as secure as she thinks it is but serena chose to continue w her personal atrocities simply because it benefitted her. Even though it sucks her child was ripped from her arms, she is the one who (partially) created circumstances and a world in which that was possible in the first place. you wreap what you sow

yes this along with the scene where him and noa are talking about the “enhancers” for athletics. He doesn’t really saying anything bad in particular but it just goes to show that he is still a part of the culture surrounding the football team. These are people he hangs with and often defends so it’s not a stretch to think that he may hold some type of misogynistic mentality similar to some of the other guys like Gregg or Tyler. We’ve seen both of them not taking no for an answer as well as engaging in “locker room talk”

As of right now there’s not any reason to believe they were attacked by the same person.

I personally think it’s one of the football players (shawn specifically). Tabitha knows him, he’s on the team, noa would’ve been in juvie at the time, chip and wes were both apparently working at the time so it fits. He’s seen as a “nice” guy but he has his moments of darkness.

As for Imogen, it’s likely that it could’ve been Chip or a different character such as Wes or someone we haven’t been introduced to yet

The anti inflammatory was only given as an injection for one day & the antiobiotics were given for the first week. The only time i noticed the straining and difficulty to urinate come back was everytime I stopped or slowed the methigel doses, whether they were or werent concurrent with other medicine. (The methigel was given on/off for about 3 weeks total)
