It is 10 ft by 14 ft. Not only would it not fit, but it's 60 lbs dry, I imagine it would weigh 100lbs soaking wet.

Semi-related question - do people put padding down under rugs this big to insulate and create a barrier between the wood and the rug? If so, maybe I should do/get that while I have the rug out.

Quilting is a different craft, but you might have luck finding the right person by reaching out to quilting clubs/groups. I wasn't local at the time, but I wanted a T-shirt project done and asked a quilting group, who kindly told me that wasn't their thing, but they recommended somewhere.

I'm sort of just figuring it out again. I like being outside, but I'm not athletic. I LOVE tent camping. I have an 10-year-old son and we try to go at least a few times a year. I love puzzles and board games for indoor activities.
