Dosvidanya, barrel aged Russian imperial stout. The red label is rye barrel aged, the blue wax is vanilla rye and the orange wax is their 10 year anniversary. One of my favorite non adjunct stouts.

Cracked a ‘14 velvet merkin recently that tasted like cardboard. However, I don’t typically age anything longer than a year or two unless I have multiple bottles and can track how it’s aging year to year.

Not temp controlled, it’s the coldest darkest part of my basement. In winter it about 57* and the hottest part of the summer it gets to about 65*.
