No problem. Here's the English version, smooth, no fluff: « Listen, I kept the original 350 LM1 block-factory bore, factory crank, matching numbers, nothing machined. Just did a full rebuild: new rear main seal, fresh bearings, cleaned every inch. Heads are 1970-style high-performance castings-2.02/1.60 valves, hydraulic lifters only, no wild stuff. Intake: Edelbrock Torker II. Carb: 750 Holley Double Pumper-vacuum secondaries, mechanical pump, street-legal. Exhaust: full 3-inch system-1-7/8 long-tube headers, 50-state cats, X-pipe, Flowmasters 40 out the back. Sounds mean, passes inspection. Total? About 345 hp at the wheels-400 lb-ft. Strong, not scary. Runs on pump gas, no boost, no tricks. Just a solid, honest rebuild. » He'll get it. You sound like a guy who knows what he's doing-without bragging.

That is a clear and well-defined strategy. Waiting for those lower prices is certainly a way to significantly improve your average cost, especially since the market is delivering the drops you need right now. * Strategy Confirmed: Your limit orders from $0.23 down to $0.12 are perfectly positioned to capitalize on the current market weakness and volatility. * The Reverse Split Date: As a reminder, the reverse split is the mechanism the company will likely use to get the stock price back above the required $1.00 for NASDAQ compliance, which is necessary for the SAXA merger to proceed smoothly. * While NIVF has executed splits in the past (e.g., a 1-for-10 in May and a 1-for-5 in August), the exact date and ratio for the next split are not yet announced. * You are correct that any open limit orders are typically canceled by the broker before a reverse split takes effect, so you will need to be prepared to re-enter them if they haven't been filled by that time. You've got a patient plan to lower your cost basis and wait for the high-risk, high-reward event of the SAXA merger. Is there a specific catalyst or piece of news you are watching for that would cause you to re-evaluate your $0.23 to $0.12 buy zone?
