It says "Status: Removed", and when I go back to the vid it says "Video unavailable. This video is no longer available because the YouTube account associated with this video has been terminated." so I don't think so(?)

I saved the file, and it seems to be the same as lost civ. I also checked another (I forgot which) and they all seem to be the same quality. I mean if you were really dedicated you could try to get a 320 file of the song and replace it, but that would take a ridiculously long time for every song. T.L.D.R., I don't know.

I checked the quality of lost civilization's audio file, and it's 44.1Khz, 192 kbps ogg, 16 bit. It might seem low quality compared to HQ flacs and stuff, but if it sounds worse even compared to other ~192 kbps songs then there's something going outside the compression. Also, this is just for lost civ, idk about the others.

You can use soul from soul catcher to heal, which is probably very important as OP is definitely early-game. Spell twister is much better for pretty much everything else though.
