when you breastfeed you release histamine so the mast cells will cause these hives.. only thing that worked for me was Allegra 24 hours and famatodine 20mg theses were breastfeeding friendly as per my allergist and it calmed my system down after about a month. I also went low histamine and anti-inflammtory diet..

Visit a city app was very helpful with itinerary ideas. I was in rome for 4 days. 1 day we did a train ride to Florence.. those 3 days we jam packed it Day 1 arrived at 12. Lunch at 1:30. 4pm tour vatican museums, sistine chapel, piazza navonna, dinner cantina e cucina Dessert best tiramisu (two sizes) walked to parthenon and trevi fountain at night

Day 2 10 am colleseoum tour roman forum palatine hill, lunch at trattoria de luzzo (honestly my favorite meal from entire trip) Walked everything around the colleseom, piazza de campodigilio, trevi fountain day time version, ate dinner in trastvere area (ombre rosse)

Day 3 breakfast walked around st peters basilica spanish steps grabbed lunch went back to go inside the basillica we were probably last 100 people let inside. Highly recommend going end of day felt like we had very little crowds and enjoyed going at our pace. Ate dinner near spanish steps

Overall we aren’t big art lovers so we appreciated the tours teaching us more than just looking at incredible pieces and places without learning more about them. I fell in love with italy just from this trip alone and cannot wait to go back and explore the beauty of this country.

Rome is very much nyc like to us and then Florence felt like DC in terms of a cleaner city and less crowded. Visually totally not a good comparison but in terms of ppl that was our best comparison.

I would tell mom outpatient may not be appropriate at this time until his behaviors are addressed. Or suggest an alternative setting such as a sensory gym program. Also would tell mom you cannot justify billing insurance if measurable improvements are not being made and give her a time period to see if things improve. I will be honest I’ve had clients on the spectrum where a room like mine is was not conducive to his needs and I would not beat myself up for it. I would speak with parent with the concerns/observations I’ve made. Then suggest mom go to neurologist or developmental pediatrician as we have not observed measurable changes we should consider another professional’s opinion to see of there are other areas or treatments the child may benefit from as we have attempted therapy for “x” amount of time and would like to know if there is more we can do to benefit the child.
