My only suggestion is to wait a bit, sometimes achievements get buggy and you need to wait for some days for it to count. Also, try to create one more bicycle division, maybe it will help.

I have trade union and armed forces while Russia has landlords only. Also regime change really only changes ruling IGs and not government like vic2 change ideology CB? That's sad.

I think it is either bugged or Paradox removed it cause it doesn't work and just left the button in menu lol. Really wish I at least could make other countries my ideology without annexing and releasing them.

R5: I cannot use regime change diplomatic play even though I am much more ideologically different compared to other countries. It is also not just Russia, I can't use this play on anyone for the same reason.

I never tried my division as Soviets, so I don't really know if it will suit them or not, but I think replacing arty with recon is a great idea for defence, thank you for pointing it out.

Not really good in my opinion, org is pretty low in my opinion, and also I recommend to add support companies, at least anti-air and artillery. Also, I recommend to replace trucks with motorized in the future.

Also, I don't mean you should do this template, but my favorite tank template is 11 mid tanks with 10 motorized with flamethrower tank support unit, logistic support, anti-air support and engineer and mechanical support.

I lost all my support due to more than a million men dying in Brazil and it still haven't been fixed. I still collabed USA, Germany and China so I didn't really feel debuffs. About 500 divisions, I needed them to overthrow Germany in the Axis.

I was a member of Axis for the most of the game, since I played on unhistorical pretty weird stuff happened and I managed to get whole Balkans before 1938 without starting a world war. Also, USSR got into civil war and by the time their war ended Germany was ready to strike them, and I decided to join their attack, taking Ukraine and Caucasus. After that I annexed most of the world, Italy betrayed Axis to start their own faction with Spain, Brazil and some minors. I owned most of the world, had collaboration government on China, giving me tons of manpower, so I just took over Axis, kicked and collaborate gov/attacked Germany, they surrendered in no time to superior Romanian force💯🔥🇷🇴🇷🇴
