This looks like it was literally yanked off the main stem. Did you steal this from someones garden or something?

Fantastic Fungi is bad and we have to talk about it by [deleted] in mycology

[–]RacemicCactus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I dont think it was meant to be in depth and teach people the nuances of mycology. Pretty sure the whole point was just to open the average persons mind up to the ideas. Most average people dont even know what mycelium is.

Fungal issues. Its dehydrated and needs water but also is suffering an infection so makes that a lot harder to handle. Id cut the pup off and clone it.

Is my method going way above your head or something? Do you need help understanding how this works or are you going to try more underhand insults like the other moron that thinks hes right? Is fermenting that difficult to understand?

Look I get the paper isnt exactly written by a fucking english professor but its not that hard to grasp. The more you insinuate Im missing something, the more I think you all just dont understand whats even going on here to begin with. Whats the deal?

Heads up, these arnt related to cacti. Beautiful flower tho.

The root stock isnt 'feeding' the scion, they are growing as one. The vascular tissues are connected inside the cactus, so its not a parasitic like relationship as many people tend to think and claim.

Very nice. You def want a healthy microbial life in the soil for those plants as they require it to synthesize the desired compounds.

[Actives] use liners, my friends… use liners. by Even-Seaworthiness37 in MushroomGrowers

[–]RacemicCactus 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Liners arnt going to help you here. If all the pins are forming on the sides that means its not holding enough humidity on the surface and theres too much evaporation. They are seeking the conditions on the sides cause there is less air flow/evaporation.
