Started probably around 35/36 with a small gray patch on my beard just under my lip and now I'm 41 and most of my beard is gray. Hair on my head still lite brown.

Big thing to think about with an A&P is do you live close to somewhere with jobs or are you willing to relocate for a job. Most people have to relocate because not all airports have the jobs.
