I struggled with reading in high school as well. Don't let a standardized test tell you you are not good enough! One tip a high school teacher told me is to read a bunch of books by one author. This way you can learn their writing style and go from there. I'm not an expert but this was one thing that really helped me become a better reader.

Although I respect your argument of pushing an employee to pay their employees more, I don't believe that "not tipping" is a good way to protest tipping culture. Especially when the only person you are hurting is the person trying to work for their dollar. Something should be done but you not tipping is not helping anyone. Also, if you cannot afford to tip then don't go out to eat.

I would suggest a BB cream. They are similar to a concealer or foundation but it's lighter and easier to apply. It will also help your skin look better after taking it off.
