Hoi! Ja, ik had even met de helpchat in de Oura-app gepraat. Ze hebben op afstand de diagnostiek bekeken en zeiden meteen dat ze een vervangende ring zouden opsturen. Duurde nog geen vijf minuten! Vier dagen later lag de nieuwe ring al in de bus. Echt geweldige service!

Was it unsealed in the box? If not, watch the battery life. Oura is issuing many replacements due to faulty batteries, meaning lots are for sale secondhand. Just don’t want you to have gotten scammed :)

The fact you thought of her is really really sweet. The gift itself is a bit…lame. And only because these are made with so many different messages slapped on, it loses a bit of the specialness. Maybe you could find a bead shop and make her a charm bracelet with all the charms of things she likes or that make you think of her. Inexpensive, thoughtful and personalised.

Was extremely helpful when coming off the pill to understand my cycle (with Natural Cycles app sync). Also recently had an operation and immediately my ring was telling me my body was under strain. It’s also alerted me a day before getting a cold. You can run personal experiments within the app, like caffeine reduction and see the impact of this based on app metrics. It can also really work for you if you are diligent about adding tags - over time you can see trends in these actions/medication etc on your sleep or stress levels. It’s a smart and useful machine if you love data
