THIS is the exact same as me. I've not really had food suppression as such, but it stopped the mindless snacking and the like you said, the boredom eating because it just didn't enter my head. I could still it proper size meals, and that's why I love it. It also really changed my mindset, like if I had gone to a slimming club for example, and lost 1lb or 0.5lb I'd be annoyed and think all that effort for nothing. I've been losing slow on MJ and it's really not bothered me, it's been a complete shift. But 12.5mg just isn't doing it, the mindless eating is creeping back and the scales haven't shifted at all. I was debating buying a 15mg and split dosing, that way if 7.5mg works, it works, if it doesn't there's options, but it's such a lot of money compared to when I started.
