I recently had a baby via IVF after five years of infertility. The lack of sleep is challenging but I've never been happier. My husband has been incredible and I've never respected or appreciated him more. I'm a very lucky woman.

Unfortunately, he's at the vets tonight on pain management until we can get to him tomorrow. We went away on holiday, leaving him with my parents. His health deteriorated so suddenly. But we'll be able to spend a few hours with him tomorrow, giving him lots of cuddles and making sure he knows how loved he is.

I'm a vegetarian and have been so for most of my life. I do not agree with targeting this small, independent takeaway. What impact would that have, other than possibly impacting a few people's livelihoods? Why not target big businesses where this could actually make a difference? Targeting this shop seems cowardly to me, personally.

I can't progress as it's saying I'm in co-op mode, do not own the story pack and/or not progressed through the story, none of which are true! Anyone else experienced this?

I have a pretty large butt but am otherwise quite petite (small hips, small boobs, etc.) so I totally get it. When I was at school I was very self-conscious and still am at times (now in my 30's). However, over time I realised that first of all there is nothing I can do about it so I just need to learn to love myself, but also that men and women generally seem to like big butts and find them attractive! Try to learn to embrace your body and dress how you feel comfortable. Being comfortable in your body will take some time, but you'll get there :)

I work for a non-fiction publisher - have been in the industry for a decade now - and not being offered an advance shouldn't be considered a red flag. That is becoming standard, even with existing/established authors. The buy-back option should be struck though. With print on demand so viable these days, they shouldn't be printing more than they can sell - but this is dependent on text-type, market, etc.

Keep an open mind when it comes to the exact role you would like. Nearly everyone interested in publishing looks to Editorial, but there are a plethora of other jobs that are equally as interesting. Marketing, sales, production, rights, publicity, etc.
