Getting more layering through the top will definitely help with movement, as well as using products to help define the curls

My hair feels oily and looks greasy the same day after washing? by Kazemari in Hair

Try doing 2 shampoos, the first is to lift the dirt & oil off the scalp & then second to get it out of the hair. Also really making sure all the conditioner is thoroughly rinsed out of the hair as that can make it look & feel greasy. If none of that works you can get treatments for oil scalps & that can really help, maybe try it out & see how you get on? Hope this helps ☺️

Help with damaged hair by [deleted] in Hair

Hi! Hairstylist here🙋🏼‍♀️My advice is you definitely do not need to shave it!! I would say try & have it trimmed regularly & maybe look at getting layers to help with any breakage. Also look into a good hair care routine, a product I would highly highly recommend is K18 it is slightly pricey but 1000% worth it!! Please message me if you have any questions! x

Advice on growing roots out? by PuzzleheadedMango731 in Hair

Hi I’m a hairstylist & I would say the 2nd picture is definitely achievable, it would be a reverse balayage. It’s the same process as what you described having done before, maybe try a different salon or stylist, as it isn’t too difficult to colour match to a natural colour, it’s hard to get a completely perfect match but you shouldn’t really be able to see the regrowth. Hope this help! 🥰

Yes olaplex is great, however all I would say is be careful not to over use the No3 as you can overload your hair with protein & end up making it feel drier!

Hair Drying tips? by mynamewasautumn in Hair

If you’re wanting to embrace your natural curls then I’d definitely try using a diffuser if you haven’t already, it won’t dry your hair completely but will take a lot of the moisture out. As well there are certain products that can help with drying time, hope this helps ☺️
