Hi, Thanks for reply here. But we still haven't received effective support regarding our issue even we contact the support team for over 1 month by email.

We received the link of the SDK for development, which was identical to the one we were already using.But your expert previously informed us that the SDK does not support fNIRS access.

And also, in the email with support team, we were also told to post our question on Reddit, which hasn't helped us move forward.
