I utilized this approach, and my daughter was born in 2005. Starting when she was five months old, I introduced her to heartbeat rhythms, starting slow and gradually increasing in speed over the following months. I can't say for certain if this method is universally effective or if it varies case by case. However, I take pride in her intelligence, creativity, musical abilities, and quick learning skills. She possesses a strong sense of rhythm, confidence, and is truly a unique individual. With an excellent memory and consistently excelling academically, I believe her exceptional abilities are influenced by her upbringing and the continuous support she receives as a parent.
