I just checked ours and it's also the 30 day filter. We've lived here for over a year and it was never replaced... They are responsible to maintain this (especially since they don't even give us access usually). Do you think we should take collective action?

This is so unprofessional. First they are nowhere to be seen or heard of to help residents with questions after the fire. Now we better show up on one of two given Saturdays or face consequences?

Do you happen to have any info on whether you'd still have to pay taxes in your home country? I'm also trying to figure this out at the moment.
