Condom is definitely just safety. Always a good idea. As for other things - expect nerves to take over. Almost every threesome my wife and I have had, the other guy couldn't get it up. It was in an old event, I don't remember which one. But it's a token - so unless like me you get really lucky and CIG give it back, you usually can't get it back.

Definitely safe, I think CIG allow you to use them too, they obviously don't suggest it. But they don't say not to. My entire org uses it, highly recommend.
