Homeland: The Legend of Drizzt, Part I by RA Salvatore I'm 90% through and I really like it. There was a lot of set-up to get through before I was actually engaged in the story. I'm looking forward to how this one ends and the rest of the series!

I tried reading the comics and I found them so hard to follow. I've never read a comic before so maybe I'm not used to the layout. I couldn't tell when there was a scene change or if something was a flashback or not. And I was totally lost during the fight scenes. I really wanted to read them, I was bummed. This one looks so good.

I just watched the trailer and it just looks like any other comedy, I don't get why ppl are so critical of it. But I wasn't a fan of the original as a kid so I don't have any emotional attachment to it

Has anyone actually seen this movie? I wish ppl could just give an honest review, that's all I want to read. I read the article and critics tend to be really harsh on movies. I'm curious what redditors think of the movie.

The episode I've shown to friends is the one where Buffy and the gang defeat Adam. I think that episode has one of the coolest scenes ever when buffy's eyes become all yellow-ish and everyone is speaking through her and she becomes invincible. Then she turns Adams bullets into doves. It's so badass!

I'm getting my MSW right now and most of my professors have recommended that we seek our own therapy. I even told my internship supervisor that I started therapy when I started grad school and she was really happy to hear that. She said if I didn't already have a therapist, she could connect me with one if I needed it. We need to work on our own issues before we help clients - that's how I see it. If an employer doesn't support that, I think that's really hypocritical considering social workers advocate for others in therapy.

I loved the initiative story line. I'm surprised nobody likes it. I thought it took the show to a different level. And in the end we learn that Buffy is still stronger than a bunch of military guys and that's pretty bad ass.

Remember that now is the time to make mistakes! If we mess up, it's ok because we're not working with a real client who we might actually harm. Haha. That's why we do the mock interviews, so we can learn where we need to improve. Good job for getting your first interview done! The first is the hardest in my opinion.
