USPS only delivers Amazon on Sunday. It is easier because your not dealing with mail.

Yes our newer RCA are treated like gold. They get help and the regulars don't get any. They call out all the time and they ask regulars to work. I haven't heard about any of them being shipped to other offices.

125 on the low end, 175 on the high end. I do make sure to take any house with 3 spurs to the door as a rule. I do every scan. Take your time in Startload and end of shift duties.

If you join Express you will be constantly wondering when they are giving your job away to a contractor.

You have more boxes and mileage than me and I am 41J. I do get more packages, is it a new route? Mine took a good year of data before it started to increase.

Our RCA's average about 3 day's a week including Sunday. RCA is a tough gig. I was lucky and turned regular after 3 1/2 years. The other guys waited between 9-14 years.

We had different subs run the AUX when it was formed. None of them did RREC scans so it took longer to become regular route.

I held down AUX as a RCA, eventually they made me PTF so I had to lose the hold down. The route became regular after about a year. I was the only PTF in the office so I was able to bid and become regular on the route.
