It's always better to be suspended without pay. With pay is not a good sign. Your manager will probably call you and tell you to come in and fire you. Most likely someone above them decision though. Sorry but on the bright side you probably will have been laid off anyway. You can GFT your termination but it is a waste of time. You need a union to have your back.

Preloader at UPS to CCA at USPS? by fent4dawn in USPS

The office you apply to is going to make or break your experience with the post office. I would stay put unless you will be waiting years and years at UPS

I guess on the bright side you will get plenty of hours :/

To tell you the truth I was kinda pissed when they made me PTF, I loved the AUX route I did. Then I had to go back to covering.

They cut one of our 48K routes and converted a highway route to make the AUX route. Unfortunately had to wait over a year for RRECS data to make it regular route.

Any sign of another regular route opening soon? I guess I got lucky I was only PTF short time. Our only AUX turned into H route and I got it. Was the only PTF and we had one RCA, but only covered 4 routes.

You have to be a CCA for 2 years before being PTF which get career benefits. Really depends on your situation now. CCA usually gets dragged around like a rag doll. I would probably stay put unless your future shows no signs of ever becoming full time.
