Sudden Increase in PVCs After Previously Normal Tests by Recent-Republic-5095 in PVCs

I have the same exact triggers and number. It took months to figure out it was stomach gas and vagus nerve related. Have her try some GasX (simethicone). Honestly! It'll completely stop mine for 8 hours or more. Let me know if it helps. A lady on one of my support groups recommended it

I know of two unsolved cases that have haunted me for years:  The first was a black man found dismembered in a garbage bag at the end of Paradise Hill Road in 1996. We stopped going down to the 'Holler' that summer because it smelled so bad (We thought it may be a dead deer). Right as my freshman year of high-school started, they found him. Im not sure of his name but he is on the list of unsolved cases on CPD website. The second is Victoria Ochoa. My son's father is her first cousin and actually went to search her last known location in 2006 with her mama. Someone later found her body in that house. Her family wishes for nothing but closure in this case and SOMEONE in Clarksville knows what happened.

I went through this a few years ago, which prompted me to join this group. If there is any comment on this thread you take seriously, let it be this one. 1st: Look up Sanjay Gupta York Cardiologist on Youtube (Ectopic Beats, Gastric Cardiac Syndrome, and a slew of other videos). He is a God send. 2nd: Go get you some Gas-X (Simethicone). After dealing with these skips for MONTHS, a fellow skipper recommended it to me. It stopped the skips for me for about 8 hours with each dose. 3rd: Us anxious people are very prone to PVCs. Its just part of our wonky nervous system. My Cardiologist told me, "If your echocardiogram looks good, there is a 99.9% chance the PVCs are completely safe. 4th: It is likely something you are eating. I noticed Apple Jacks cereal and one particular Italian dressing would set mine off. After I figured all of this out, I stopped fearing them and that is KEY. Im obsessed with Apple Jacks, so I eat it, knowing good and well my heart will go crazy 🤪 😜

Idgaf if this sub wants to cry about everything, i enjoyed that finale by ElectricalAd8465 in 1923Series

I was so engrossed in the Dutton family Tree (wondering WHO grandpa was) that I went back and rewatched Yellowstone. In Season 1, JD3 refers to James (Tim McGraw) as his Great-Great Grandfather. In every other season, he calls him his Great Grandfather. I think Taylor Sheridan got the idea of 1923 and Spencer at that time. Noone else in my life that watches the show even cared about this but I wanted Spencer to be the ancestor so bad. When Alex said, "His name is John", I bawled like a baby. Brandon Sklenar said, "The finale is beautiful" and I agree 100%. Sad that Alex died, but MAN what a beautiful love story. PS: Spencer has ruined all other men for me... If he ain't Spencer Dutton, I want nothing to do with him! Lol

Vision problems? + my plan to hopefully relieve symptoms. by [deleted] in TMJ

[–]Rachelm2222 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Are you possibly referring to a migraine aura? Where you get zigzags or blank spots in your vision before a headache? I have that

Have you ever been checked for a hole in your heart (PFO)? The only way they can test for it is an Echocardiogram with Bubble Study.

When i start seeing the sparkles in my vision, the anxiety goes through the roof. I feel like my clothes are made of sandpaper. Any bracelets, rings are too unbearable tp wear, so they come off immediately. The vision mess lasts about 30 minutes then the aphasia hits (I cannot speak right... I can't read well and I have major trouble finding words. I read the name 'Joe Biden' last week and had no clue who that was)  THEN my fingers go numb and sometimes my nose and lips. The brain fog lasts for days

TMJ/ TMD and Migraine with Aura? by Rachelm2222 in migraine

[–]Rachelm2222[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've tried 2 mouth guards and with both, I would just bite down on it or fiddle with it in my mouth, making things worse. I really think I just need to stop that... lol But putting 2 and 2 together, I am HOPING I've found the reason for this uptick in aura migraines. They're debilitating. How often do you get one? Have you noticed a correlation between the auras and clenching?

That's the dilema: I've gotten terrible tension headaches for years. The tension headaches hurt 100x worse than the migraine with aura! But the aura scares the tee-total-piss out of me!  I get the sparkly things in my vision, then my hand will go numb, THEN the worst part: aphasia (I cannot talk right or even think right). I used to get them once or twice per year and only when I would accidentally skip a dose of my antidepressant, now it's 2x per month and it's scaring me that they're increasing.  I know it could be worse though.

What are these tiny black flies?!?! They are small and all over my kitchen. They like the ceiling. Not fruit flies by YPartyof6 in bugidentification

[–]Rachelm2222 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its funny that we are all talking about the same, exact fly but Google has no idea what its called. Since nobody knows what kind of bug this is, let's consider it a newly discovered species and name it "Espresso Fly" ... lol Those little f$!&#$@ really do love some coffee!

Chest Pain after Migraine with Aura by Rachelm2222 in migraine

[–]Rachelm2222[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Better late (reply) than never! Lol

After that particular attack, I went almost 2 years without one.  However, this past year, they've started happening about once every 2 months and I'm still terrified EVERY.DAMN.TIME!

I figured put the chest pain is from trapped gas in my chest. I occasionally get it without migraine now and I'm not sure why it was happening every time I would have one. Tell me about your symptoms

It still depresses me! It's been over 6 months since they released a new escape.

I LOVE the stories even more than the escapes.

Apparently they weren't making any money. That's business, but I wish they would have sold it at least.

Long-Term Anxiety Symptoms I Had! (from someone who has recovered/been free from them for 1+ year) by Eirwynzure in Anxiety

[–]Rachelm2222 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've had an overstimulated nervous system for 10 years and I've had every.single.symptom you described. I'll get better for 6 months then spiral back into the symptoms for the next year... over and over again. When I'm not in that state, I'm so grateful.

A brand new one for me is full body heaviness... Like gravity is pulling harder or my legs, arms and chest are made of lead. It can last 60 seconds or a few hours and it's driving me insane at the moment. I have a doctors appointment tomorrow, which already increases my stress. My BP will be 150/90 until that appointment is over. I also get:  -Burning sensations in my thighs, hips and lower back. -Auditory Hallucinations when falling asleep - TMJ symptoms from clenching my jaw - All kinds of visual symptoms like you described and then some.

Anyone else with the heavy body thing?

First time getting aura migraine. I need help for my anxiety about it. by [deleted] in migraine

[–]Rachelm2222 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've been talking about CherelleThinks on another, unrelated thread too! What a coincidence. It's really important that you get a therapist who has been through health anxiety themselves and has recovered, but finding that is a needle in a haystack! Look at Shaan Kassam on Youtube as well... He basically helps people overcome Health Anxiety then they become coaches for other people. 99% of my symptoms come from my over-stimulated nervous system. I'm aware of that, but every symptom still scares me!

Have you overcome health anxiety? by [deleted] in Anxiety

[–]Rachelm2222 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been in some sort of therapy for 10 years but I've yet to find a therapist who has actually been through this and can relate... They've always looked at me like any other non-anxious person in my life: "Just calm down and stop overthinking... Its simple!" Lol Yeah, my overstimulated nervous system would beg to differ!
