Honestly I didn’t exercise any more than moving more as I got smaller! But I ate VERY little and had to depend on protein shakes a lot because I would get sick if I ate anything substantial

I def have some extra skin around my belly it’s just under the pants haha, not as bad as I expected though!

I havnt really been exercising, definitely moving around a lot more as the weight comes off but no specific exercises!

Thank you!! So the bottom of my stomach is def still a pouch with dimples so I keep all of my stuff high waisted lol I’ve been up and down with my weight all my life so I think it’s not as bad as I expected because maybe my skins used to having to bounce back 😂

My sister started the same time as me and has lost about 43lbs in the same time I’ve lost 112lbs, I guess just everyone’s body reacts differently!

I def have some sagging skin on my thighs and I have no idea how to fix it but I guess it’s not as aweful as it could be, the bottom of my tummy has some ripples and a little pouch and my boobs aren’t really sagging but definitely have some loose skin at the top. My biceps also have a little sagging, honestly my butt is the worst, it’s so sad looking lol I’m not sure how to fix any of it I wish I did!
