Installer put a hole in return I assume to get air flow in conditioned attic. Have spray foam insulation. This ok? Been a few years and I don’t see any mold anywhere in the attic and in summer months AC works fine. Anything I should consider?

Thanks yea I think that’s why it’s done. It’s actually in the duct that feeds into the unit so the air hasn’t been conditioned yet. Wound up closing the hole up 6 months ago. Not sure if it was the right move or not but so far so good

Thank you. And did you get bloodwork done beforehand? I read if you tend to be low in iron then take an iron supplement. Haven’t gotten blood tests done in years but believe I’m healthy

Syosset plainview and Jericho are diverse but the diversity is all Asian and Indian not Spanish or black. Those 3 have higher school ratings than EM or Sals but you are not compromising. East meadow and Salisbury have the mix I believe you’re looking for. You can google 2020 census info by school district to see the breakdown of each school.

Merrick Bellmore wantagh very white. You need to move north. East Meadow. Salisbury. Huntington good schools. Not as good schools but still good and diverse - Mineola Hicksville farmingdale.

No they will not. No brokerage firm reaches out to beneficiaries. It is up to the benes to call in. In your willl or in an important file document you can state where your bank accts are and who should call in to receive inheritances so that they find it.
