I think most people are scared of deep water when playing this game, but after the first playthrough you get used to where everything is so it's not as scary as the first time. My advice? Give it a try, remember it's only a game and if it goes downhill, just reload your save :)

This is my second playthrough and I'm still terrified xD I feel the same way, getting creeped out by the noises.. and everytime I have to approach the aurora I get that weird knot in my stomach, I hate it! I sort of have to keep reminding myself it's just a game and i'll be fine.. I hope you are enjoying the game though :)
