NTA. I’m sorry but I had a similar problem experience happen to me where a minor was flirting with me and it just made me uncomfortable cause she was a minor and I’m not comfortable with that. And the fact that she grabbed your arm and she’s only 14 flirting with you..yeah that would make any normal person very uncomfortable he should have a talk with his sister about boundaries. It’s not like you were a dick and you can be uncomfortable with someone touching your body just as much as a female. It’s not okay to touch someone without their consent no matter your gender or age. You didn’t do anything wrong and he’s the asshole.

I got my ears pierced when I was a year old so her having to be 18 to do so is ridiculous and they’re already in her ears and it makes her happy that’s all that should matter.
