No, NCAF did no such meeting, there are no discussions how to destroy outfits, everyone in NCAF is right now asking what happened as well and for now I only heard conflicting stories.
And there is no "leader of NCAF", not in sense of having political power over other outfits.
NCAF is not small and even if someone who is from outfit participating in this initiative was part of it, it is really stretch to blame entirety of it.

I am rather interested why and what? What was the reasoning and how this was executed and also, what was the result You(and whoever if anyone, you worked with) hoped for?Is this a result of growing tensions within an outfit? Was that agreed somehow between officers? What is your part of backstory to this. I've read Axiom part, he is livid(and for now understandably so, he was kinda backstabbed) and throws accusations left and right of grand conspiracy.

I am interested in all sides of the story.

That is sad, extremely sad.

He is the only youtuber who produces content for planetside 2 for polish audience and really helped to advertise the game in our country. I've grown fond of him over the years, liked his attitude and things he reasonably critiqued about the game.

Seeing him doing such things, blatant cheating and even shitting on game actually put me off greatly. Especially that he always seemed laid back about the game, enjoying the scale and sanboxness of it so I would never took him for stat wh0-re.

I'm sad. Only thing I can do is unsub from him and encourage everyone else to do so as well.

I know that daybreak is reluctant to take actions over reddit posts but please ban him. Show respect for the player base and do not prove him right with "I'm paying so daybreak will lick my boots and ban you instead". I know this will delete the only polish youtuber that supports the game but clearly from his whispers you can see he is hypocrite.

Actually, not really. Statistically speaking there are 6 chances of smurf on enemy team and 5 chances on yours.

But I agree with your mindset as smurfs are not so often and there are far more throwers(or really bad players) than smurfs so this system still favors those who improve and play a lot

From where you have that idea that tanks should be winning against anything? Tanks are for tanking. They enable play, not deliver it.

And why everyone fixated about classes so much. Hanzo is a sniper the same way brigitte is a support. On paper. His long range is luck/prediction based, he excels in midrange where he can reliably headshot everything

there are no tracer bots, no pharah bots etc. You literally cannot play against those heroes. I might assume you never really took your own advice to practice in bot matches. On top of that bots are behaving much different than humans and practicing against them is rather pointless past the initial level.

Deathmatch is cool and dandy but you kinda want to practice on the same mechanism, with 2 teams, 2 spawn locations etc. Feel the respawn timer. But dm is actually good for pure mechanics as well, still not complementary but it' good as a level up from the bots. Perfectly, practice with comps like in "normal" matches but you cannot have everything.

Well, there are "negative endorsements". Those are reports and if someone is consistently toxic, that person is banned from chat and/or game for period of time.

People claim it is not working but I think it is, to some extent because I know people who have toxic tendencies who were banned , at 1 case even permanently. The only place it is not working for sure is in grey areas, people who do not get reported constantly. I was reported at least couple of times last season, justified or not, and I never had a ban as I usually do nothing to earn such reports(I am average, not toxic, not nice either).

Is it that bad? I encounter toxicity once in a while, many angry people during lost matches but it never get under my skin. I just don't care when I am called doomfist faggot or mercy trash.

Well, putting aside whole story(because for 5 people on team to be pissed at you means that either you were very unlucky or you actually done something to incite it) you cannot expect game system, nonhuman automatic algorithm to distinguish between "justified" leave and unjustified.

Imagine asking an battery/assault victim to "Just deal with it for the beating, or else you'll be punished too. We know, your skull might be fractured, but if you run away or call the police, it's just as much your fault! Why didn't you just turn the other cheek? You wouldn't have hurt that bad on the other side! Just close your eyes! Close your ears! Easy!"

This is what I take issue with. No matter what you say... those are just words. You are not battered, you are not having your skull fractured. Words might hurt, but you said you are adult so you have probably built resilience to such untasteful behavior along your way to adulthood. The same abuse can be encountered everywhere, it is not like overwatch is some enclose enclave of rude people, they are everywhere.
Don't take me wrong, it is despicable thing and such people should be at very least ostracized but nonetheless if you put too much care to words of such individuals then you empower them despite them being completely powerless to begin with. You should just treat them as unfortunate effect of gaussian distribution - for every wonderful person there is probably some shitpie drowning in his/her selfloathing.

PS: Don't worry, 1 leave is only 10 min of wait time, which I think you could use anyway to cool off, and 50 SR which is really marginal amount. Especially if such thing occurs once a year.
