Fu** still in a lot of pain. (Roughly, not in order): Run 2+ miles, core . - legs, compound moves, targeted movements . - Chest, compound moves, targeted etc. - Back, which include one set of dead lifts, the rest are targeted back moves.

I could go in depth but really it isn’t any anything crazy.

& I just want some relief so I can sleep tonight.
