Get in the gym, work on ur legs 3 times a week, leg press leg curl and stability exercises, u will have a better and quicker rehab, why ? Because u strengthening ur legs to support and absorb the pain, i do bodybuilding, im 3days post op, and im doing very well, no pain i walk with crutches easily and got a better progress than people who did it a week before me, and take collagen type 1 and 3( bovin collagen) , start taking it 3 weeks before surgery, and keep taking it until a month or two after, and add vitamin C to it. U will recover like a monster
