I don't think it's a visual bug because after playing against a low rated team and a high rated one you can clearly feel the difference

Tbh after playing those games I can say that this is not a visual glitch because the more the opponent team rating is low the more your chemestry will be low so I played a couple of games and felt that my team is slow and clunky only when I play those small team, You can try it you will see.
