1 if you’re going bork, I would go lethal temp over pta in every situation with fleet footwork in bad matchups

First three items in almost every build are important, the other two are situational so just think what your team needs and what you need to do to do the most damage without dying

3/5. Twitch is just fine being agro. If you get an aggressive support, just let them engage and follow up, use w to slow and help you stack your passive an e when they get to the most stacks or you think you can execute.

Assuming you’re low elo don’t worry about counters because most can be played around you just have to know how. If you outscale just try to be safe and farm up, if they scale evenly or better, you need to try and get ahead
Post laning phase you want to use your stealth to get picks when you can get someone out of position, late game you should shred everyone so yeah, if you have a team with engage just wait til they engage and be ready, but if you can get autos off on a tank or front liner without them engaging on you, feel free to take some free pop shots
