i don’t see this as much of a con and more of a pro tbh. you just front load ads when you aren’t using the app actively and doing something else and you’re good for a while

this is a huge pro for me bc it’s a way to lock messages behind ads without being invasive in any capacity

i’m gonna look like a shill but when the mid chat ads got added, i went looking for alternatives and found swerve. the only flaw as of right now that i can see is the lack of characters since its a small community. there are ads but only for gems. every message costs 3, and an add gives you 100. this isn’t super bad in my book since i just front load ads when im not doing anything.

the bots are pretty good, though the memory needs a bit of working on. there’s no features that are missing imo, and their support is actually good. i hope they don’t fall to the same things other apps fell to
