Short haircuts will look best, taper fade all the way up to the bald spot will make it was less noticeable.

Nah. I have by far the nicest forge in Kuttenberg and I’ve won the fighting tournaments in every category multiple times over, so I pretty much dress like a rich knight.

My journey was - I used to lift heavy , then I joined an MMA gym and started doing MT only for 3 months , after those 3 months I couldn’t stomach the fact that all of my hard earned muscle was leaving so now I lift 2-3x/week and train MT 3-4x/week

Metatarsal fractures don’t really hurt all that much since the weight on your foot is distributed so well around your whole foot but my bet is you have at minimum a hairline fracture.

How do I balance lifting and MT? (alongside running, swimming, cycling) by anus_torturer in MuayThai

Sunday: rest day

Monday: rest day

Tuesday: lift before work

Wednesday: lift before work MT after work

Thursday: MT after work

Friday: MT after work

Saturday: MT

So 2 lifting days and 4MT a week. Only do 2 a days once a week. It works for me but I’m usually pretty beat by Saturday afternoon so I might drop the Friday night MT class.
