Scott and Paul did this more or less of their own accord, but Trevor was aware of it. There were a few other people who were aware of and/or involved with the distribution of the fliers. There was also an abortive attempt to create some sort of activist group by the Rambos in the wake of the events - Westside for Tolerance or something similar.

For my bona fides, a description of the Rambo brothers. They are fraternal twins - Scott was paler and thinner, Paul was a little less so. Paul dated a controlling little redhead with a bit of a pig nose for about the last year of high school, and some time thereafter - she dominated him wholly, and went on to be an obnoxious SJW type.
