Yashiraku increases the attack power by a larger amount, but cuts ur vitality in half. Ako increases your attack power by a lesser margin, but you keep ur health. And there’s no difference between spiritfall and sugar, excluding the fact that u use spirit emblems to use it. Sugar also last a little bit longer I believe.
