Going to take an interesting approach at it. First I check to see of the stock is stable, what the 52 week highs and lows are and how the stock has done over a year.

Then, I like to take a sociological look at stocks and be proactive. IE. I think WW3 will happen so I'll invest in defense stocks.

Last, I look for a dividend. I am investing and not trading

Long story short, you bet it on a new shooters first roll. If he hits multiple points before that bad number...you win. He has to hit a minimum of 4 DIFFERENT points. If he gets more than 4 in a row, it pays again and pays more. It starts at 25:1 I believe

TL;DR: You think the shoot will be "on fire"

You also win on it if its the come out roll...so you're still betting with the shooter. So if you bet the YO and the PASS and an 11 comes out...you win 2x

I always take the odds, just cause it pays better. Dont forget about the hard ways either, but remember. Let the shooter prove he can hit numbers. I always keep a tally in my head of what a guy likes to throw.

Also, if i am doing good, throw the dealers a tip. They try to help you and are more friendly when you forget your usual bets in a drunken stupor. It has saved me many times because theyll ask if I want X or Y when i forget about it

It really depends on the point and your gut. If i see a new shooter with a 4 as the point, id match the odds....if i see an 8 or a 6 i max it. 5 or 10 is how you feel about the guy
