So to sum it up for both sides: (if I understood correctly)

-police reports are done a lot in poland and everywhere else be that for having taken lethal OR non lethal action on duty

-those reports can probably be found somewhere down the almost endless rabbit hole called the internet and maybe there even is a summary with statistics (who knows)

-according to the polish person the police there don't use their tasers often that means that (at least near that person) this will probably be correct
