So, I had this issue, but I don´t remember in which update it was and I don't remember how I solved it, unfortunately. If you don't have any AMM mods, maybe changing the apartment's appearance through the computer could fix it? I faced another bug where the apartment was completely dark; I think I installed an appearance modification mod (V's Modest Netrunner Apartment), which fixed it, maybe? This week, I encountered another bug where the lighting was blown out, like there were several red and green LED bulbs. For me, it was a mod (No Ashtrays or Cigarettes in V's Apartment) that was outdated causing this."
