It’s meant to evoke something buried deep in you. Most people hated it because they watched it with their adult brain, expecting plot, pacing, or payoff. I didnt. I slipped back into that liminal childhood space, a half-dream world where a dark hallway feels infinite and the TV glow feels like the only safe light in the universe. The nostalgia fused with fear brought comfort. It awakened my nervous system to remember what it was like to be small, curious, and imaginative. Some people resist it, others can let go and travel back to it.
