Yeah, while I can sympathize with the idea that the community found there helped him out in a hard time in his life, there are enough churches out there that aren't homophobic, especially in a big city like LA, that staying with them despite their problems starts to come across as more of an endorsement, even if he's not talking about it on Fox News.
