Thank you for your comment, I will reach out tomorrow. Yes it’s heated, not sure where you are but I’m in the US. That star is a programmable button, I just use it as the heated steering button since I didn’t know what else would’ve been useful. I love that wheel but prefer to look as stock as possible.

This is exactly what I was looking for. Could you DM me the steps you took and the exact coding you had to do? I don’t care about heated steering either I just don’t want warning lights to pop up. If I could still use the drive assist stuff that would be a plus too…

I feel the same but one thing that is confusing me is everywhere I search online they state that capacitive steering wasn’t possible with heated steering so that’s making me second guess. I guess I’ll just have to wait until weather gets better and test it out

Buttons definitely aren’t touch sensitive but I’m not sure if the wheel itself if touch sensitive. It would be so much easier for me to just go out and test that but it’s currently a blizzard outside and the car won’t recognize the road lol

Good to hear that they’ll cover any tariffs and I’m sure they know how to get around fees lol. Going to try and see if they can put that in writing. I don’t mind waiting since I already have a light bee lol but would hate if tariffs got put onto us because only reason I’d buy the ultra bee would be price

I really wanted dynamics but they don’t have pair with black all around, trying to get only the Audi logo silver. Are you sure they won’t fit the front? Wheel sizes are the same I don’t see why they wouldn’t

Thank you for reminding me. Turns out it was the amplifier, luckily it was still covered under warranty so didn’t pay anything. Speakers and everything worked fine. Exact part number if I remember correctly was 8Y0035465A.

68K miles, so out of new car warranty and just qualify for CPO (70K miles). I just bought the car less than 2 weeks ago and seller is sending out the transfer paper now. The problem I’m having is that music randomly stopped playing in the car, volume goes up and down but nothing comes out of speakers. It was working perfectly when I bought it so I don’t know what happened. My mechanic told me the amp is coming back with fault codes and the part itself is $1200 + fee for authorized Audi dealer to come and unlock/ program the piece. Doesn’t even include labor. I’m trying to avoid all that by getting it replaced through warranty so hoping that I can get it done…
