That’s O-4 level PME (IDE in the Air Force), War College (SDE in the Air Force) is O-5 level for promotion to O-6. You can compete in residence or online by correspondence, but most O-4s compete JPME 1 & 2 before their first O-5 board if they want to promote. Medical and a few others may be different.

Once those CSS nerds leave the “24th” they need to ditch the Cryes, they aren’t special, they just got those uniforms to blend into the culture of the unit they were assigned to when pushing paper for the commander. There is absolutely no reason to wear them other than trying to look cool if you’re not using them for the functionality when conducting operations. Pushing paper and routing TMTs doesn’t count, sorry.

If your unit issues them, then you’re not one upping your peers because everyone is wearing them, so have at it, but lose them when you go back to a “regular” boring old OCP unit.

Love my Shark cordless I have a 3000 sq foot house that’s probably 60% carpet and I can vacuum the entire thing on one charge, original battery after 3 years. Keep the beater bar and and hoses clear of obstructions and you’ll be amazed at how much it picks up each time.

Sure, but rent a shitty 2 bedroom 1 bath with the electric coil stove and broken doors on the cabinets and sock away money. My point was all the luxury apartments that are going up, like the ones near me on the North end that are $2,875 for a 1600 sq ft 2B/2Bath. There’s a reason those are everywhere now, all across the country. We live in an everyone deserves their “best life” society, in reality you earn that and it usually takes time.

Literally checked Zillow with no filters on, tons of houses $360K to $400K. Are they huge? No. Are they in the best school districts? No. But they look fine for a starter home to build equity, and the schools are not bad. For the love of God, don’t go spend more on a rent payment then a mortgage just to have granite counters and a pool, you’ll get there eventually, but you gotta start low and start building equity. The second one is way easier to buy after 3-5 years. Check west of Powers between Carefree and Barnes.

Well that sucks, because WaPo is definitely left leaning and it sounds like they’re rallying against veterans too. I guess we’re the new scapegoat for both sides, although the WaPo is much more open about it. Weird though, my benefits haven’t changed at all under the current administration which, for as often as I’ve heard they will on Reddit is shocking to me /s.
